    Gifts of securities are an easy and tax efficient way to give.

    Please contact the Advancement Office at 802-549-8110 for stock transfer instructions and to notify us of the incoming gift.

    To ensure our ability to promptly acknowledge your gift, it is important to provide the name and address of the donor, type of securities, number of shares, and intended date of transfer.

  • Matching Gifts

    Many employers offer matching gift programs to maximize the impact of charitable giving.

    If your gift is eligible for an employer match, please work with your employer's matching gift administrator to facilitate that additional gift. If you need any information from Burr and Burton, please contact the Advancement Office at 802-549-8201.
  • IRA Rollover

    If you are 70.5 years old or older, you can give up to $100,000 per year via an IRA rollover. These gifts count toward your minimum annual distribution and are not counted as taxable income.
