Samantha Watson '96

Samantha (Eisenstein) Watson, '96, has spent the past 25 years as a patient advocate and nonprofit professional. After being diagnosed with cancer twice in her early 20s, she created and ran a national nonprofit organization called The SAMFund (now part of Expect Miracles Foundation) to support young adults in their financial recovery from cancer; to date, close to $5 million in SAMFund grants has been awarded to young adults across the country. She now provides philanthropic consulting to nonprofits, corporations, and individuals through Samantha Watson Consulting. After living in the Boston area for many years, she returned to Manchester in 2022 with her husband and two children (one of whom is now a BBA student) and is loving it.
