Jamie Hand '04

Jamie graduated from Burr and Burton in 2004 and studied physics at Middlebury College, earning his degree in 2008. After spending a decade in San Francisco, Jamie moved back to Vermont in 2019 with his wife and former BBA teacher, Anna. They live in Middlebury. Jamie is a mechanical engineer and his career focuses on building energy efficiency and decarbonization; he currently works for Pacific Northwest National Laboratory. 

Jamie is an avid gardener and skier. He enjoys playing in a soccer league in Shelburne with other BBA alumni.
