For over a decade, Bill Fritts has developed and implemented regulatory strategies, first as a senior vice president at ING Americas, and most recently as Senior Vice President of CNO Financial Group.

Before moving into the private sector, Bill held leadership positions in the federal government in both the House and Senate and later for the Department of Health and Human Services in legislative capacities and as Senior Advisor to the Secretary. During the George H.W. Bush administration, Bill held several positions including Counselor to the Deputy Secretary for the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services and Senior Advisor to Secretary Bob Mosbacher, U.S. Department of Commerce. At Commerce, Bill also served as Assistant Secretary for Legislative and Intergovernmental Affairs and Director of the Office of Public Affairs. In 1989, President Bush appointed him an Executive Branch Commissioner to the Commission on Security and Cooperation in Europe.

Bill served for several years on the BBA Advisory Council and lives in Manchester. He is a graduate of the University of Vermont with a Bachelor of Arts in psychology and chemistry, and he earned a Master of Arts from Norwich University.
